Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dreamland (operated by RAMEXAR LLC) collects, why, and what your choices are.

1. What we collect

An account requires a username and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google. You can optionally upload an avatar. We also record your purchases, deeds, trades and gifts inside the app, and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) needed to run and secure the service.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only the transaction reference, amount and status needed to issue your deed and handle refunds.

3. What is public

The deed ledger is public by design: your username, avatar and deed numbers are visible to anyone, on the map, on property pages and on the leaderboard. Your email, password and payment details are never public.

4. How we use your data

To operate the service: issuing deeds, showing ownership on the map, processing purchases, preventing fraud and abuse, and providing support. We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

5. Service providers

We rely on Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments) and Google (optional sign-in). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion via support; ledger entries (deed numbers and transfer history) remain, as they are part of the public record, but they are unlinked from your personal details.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, by contacting support. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
